Initial video consult to discuss birth plan options which includes labor at home, in birth setting, advocacy and immediate postpartum.
Discuss newborn feeding goals around nursing, supply and infant weight gain.
Ongoing virtual support as needed.

NOURISH THE NEST POSTPARTUM PLANNING

Initial consult during the prenatal period to map out resources and support for postpartum.
Discuss newborn feeding goals. This includes breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping and back to work.
Discuss meal and snack planning
Assess recovery and transition with a newborn.
Ongoing virtual support as needed.
Additional check in consults available through the postpartum period upon request.

Initial 1-1.5 hour video consult to discuss birth plan options which includes labor at home, in birth setting, advocacy and immediate postpartum.
1-1.5 hour consult during the prenatal period to map out resources and support for postpartum.
Discuss newborn feeding goals. This includes breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping and back to work.
Discuss meal and snack planning.

LACTATION AND NEWBORN FEEDING PLANNING

1-1.5 hour video consult to discuss feeding goals and troubleshoot any issues around breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding. Common concerns are painful latch, weigh gain in baby, back to work, pumping and the need for supplementing.
Access to free monthly virtual group support.
In home visit upon request considered case by case.
